2. Should Prepare The Checklist For Pricing (Pricing Checking Should Be Done With The Provided Pricing Checklist).
3. To Do The Inquiry Traceability & Inform The Same To Director - Int. Marketing.
4. To Maintain And Manage The Stock Of All Samples At Head Office & Should Have Its Traceability.
5. Courier Coordination Between Head Office And Factory.
6. Should Maintain Checklist Of All The Orders Received.
7. To Check The Buyers Credit On Internet.
8. To Keep Inform Director - Marketing For All The Marketing Personnel Individual Payment Overdue.
9. To Keep Access Of All The Mails Of Director - Marketing On His Behalf.
10. To Help Director - Marketing For Collection Of Payments From Customers.
11. Reminders Of C Form To Marketing Personnel’s And Continuous Follow Up Till It Is Collected And Keep Informing The Status To Director - Marketing.
12. Coordinating & Sending The Quotations To Customers In Absence Of Marketing Personnel’s.
13. After Receiving Product Folder From Design Team, Forwarding It To PPC At Factory As Soon As Possible.
14. If There Are Any Corrections In Sales Order, Corrections Are To Be Done As Per The Changes Received From Any Marketing Personnel.
15. To Mail The Dispatch Details Of The Party To Respective Marketing Personnel.
16. If There Are Any Changes In Presales Details, Changes Have To Be Send To Dispatch Team In Coordination With Respective Marketing Personnel.
17. Responsible For Sending Bill To The Customers Through Courier In Coordination With Marketing Personnel.
18. Ensuring Timely Dispatch Of Goods To The Customers And If There Is Any Delay Due To Some Reasons, Solving The Issue In Coordination With Respective Marketing Personnel And Dispatch Team.
19. Shall Be Responsible For Daily Sending Mails To Sr. Manager - Production Listing All Emergency Work Of Domestic Marketing Team
20. Daily Reporting To Management For Orders, Sales & Inquiries Also Responsible For Searching For Exhibitions Beneficial For The Company And Give Suggestions Regarding It.
21. Responsible For Handling Travel Desk.
22. To Coordinate And Handle All Back End Work Of Our Marketing Consultants In India Like Filling Inquiry Form, Sending Samples To Them, Preparing Quotations In ERP, Filling Design Master, Coordination For Design Approval, Preparing Performa Invoice For Cylinder Payment, Filling Company Master Form, To Generate Sales Order, Sending Mock Sample And Sample Proof And Collecting It Back, Etc.
23. In Brief, All Tasks Handled By Marketing Personnel Has To Be Handled For Company Marketing Consultants On Their Behalf.
