**Wishes and Blessings**, established in 2014, is a unique platform dedicated to supporting the underprivileged by linking beneficiaries with donors. Through a wide range of welfare programmes across health, education, skill development, and relief, the organisation aims to create inclusive and sustainable development for vulnerable communities.

**Job Role**:
**1. Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with organisational goals and campaigns.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.

**2. Content Creation & Management**
- Create engaging, impactful, and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, reels, videos, infographics) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Draft compelling captions, copy, and visuals that drive awareness, engagement, and action.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting.

**3. Community Engagement**
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, supporters, and donors across all platforms.
- Build meaningful conversations online to strengthen brand presence.

**4. Influencer & Partnership Collaborations**
- Identify and connect with influencers, bloggers, and like-minded organisations for partnerships and collaborations.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns and measure outcomes.

**5. Analytics & Reporting**
- Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Assist in planning and managing social media ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive visibility, donations, and event participation.

**Eligibility**:

- **Min. a bachelor’s degree.**:

- **2+ years of proven work experience** in a Social media management profile or related ( Working in a non-profit setup preferable )

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
