**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote and market apartments, villas, and duplex properties to clients.
- Provide information to customers regarding property details, prices, and availability.
- Schedule property visits and follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the offered services.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Bhubaneswar real estate market.
- Manage customer queries, concerns, and requests effectively.
- Update and maintain customer database with accurate details.
- Achieve monthly and weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year**of experience in **Tele-calling**.
- Must have knowledge of the **Bhubaneswar Market.**:

- Excellent **communication skills in Hindi, English, and Odia (preferred).**:

- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- **Strong follow-up skills and ability to schedule appointments**effectively.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
- Comfortable working in a **fast-paced environment.**
