- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospects.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as they arise.
- Prepare reports on call activity and customer feedback.
