Responsibilities
Having Good knowledge of RCC works, should have experience in finishing & fit out works.
- Having worked in Mall will have added advantages.
- Should be able to read and analyze drawings & should be able to identify the items and prepare BOQ.
Also should ensure that all the Safety standards are followed.
- Should have knowledge of AUTOCAD, well versed in preparing Work Schedules etc.
- Should ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule

Working conditions
- Daily reporting: Reporting to Project Consultant regarding of Daily Operations.
- Location : Kalyan

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai - 400009, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
