**Site Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Site Survey, Workability at Remote Area Sites
- Site Expenditure Management.
- Facility Management
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the Drilling Operator, Labours well as subcontractors.
- Educating site Labours about safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Maintaining an accurate record of Labours and operators attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of Operators and organizational disciplinary measures as needed.

**Site Supervisor Requirements**:

- Completion of a HSC education.
- Experience in construction site management, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of basic tools and equipment.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Hindi - English reading & written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
