Numbertree is hiring for MEP Engineer profile for Pune Location on Contract Basis for upto 15 Days. Please find below the job description:

- Total Hiring - 3 MEP Engineer

Exposure in Metro and Railways ,Highways Projects only

Good Communication Skill (English - Reading, Writing & Spoken)

**Responsibilities**:

- Snagging and De-snagging of MEP systems in the hotel and resort for effective work of machineries.
- Raising DLP reports for MEP Auxiliary Equipment.
- Inspecting the transmittal reports of MEP snagging and DLP from the contractor
- Preparing MEP Equipment’s SOP (Standard operating procedure) for smooth operation and maintenance of the hotel and resort's MEP Auxiliary system.
- Preparing a Master Maintenance Plan (MMP) for building MEP system i.e. Monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance of MEP Auxiliaries throughout the year.
- Taking handover of the property with Chief Engineer and Director to the organization from contractor.
- Taking all Asset list of the property's MEP Equipment’s for preparing a PM & CM of Hotel.
- Spare parts orders and tools order for the property maintenance needs and trouble shooting.
- Document all the Machineries warranty card's and vendor details information.
- Training the team members about new property and technology and involves the training provided by the vendor about their product and services.
