Communication skill 2. Design software 3. Piping design standards and industrial project design codes **Minimum Job Description of Employee**: **Responsibilities**: 1. Water systems piping - Work within a 2D / 3D model environment to produce project-specific documents - Develop piping material specifications. - Perform pipe wall thickness calculations, and piping stress computer analysis. - Preparing and reviewing calculations, drawings, specifications, plans and requisitions of structures, systems, and equipment - Reviewing design documents from equipment suppliers - Compiling, evaluating, correlating, and analyzing data - Performing routine quantity takeoffs - Design criteria documents & change packages - Performing calculations and preliminary analysis to evaluate results. - Coordinating work with other technical personnel as directed 2. Compressed Air systems - Air Demand Calculations - Screw Compressor, Refrigerant Dryers, Filters, Metering, Moisture Separators, Receiver Vessels, Push Fit Modular Piping - Pressure Drop Calculations 3. Steam systems - Steam Demand Calculations along with Flash & Condensate systems - Boilers, Fuel, Capex, Opex etc. up 15 TPH/15 Bar - Steam IBR piping, Fittings, Primary/Secondary supports, Insulation, PRS, Metering, Flash Vessel, Condensate pumping & piping. - Bag filters, Chimney, FD & ID Fans - Feed Water RO systems 4. Dust Collection systems - Cyclones & ID fans - Piping design for wood, metal, threads - Flexible ducting 5.
