Fulfil all donors related requirements on reporting.

Formulate Project Proposals and submit them to the donors.

Prepare a brief report on activities and share it with the supervisor.

Maintain records and documents of projects concerned.

Draft and send monthly “thank you” notes.

Give and share donation receipts.

Prepare and publish Quarterly Newsletters and also send on time.

Prepare annual reports.

Draft and launch fundraising appeals.

Draft and publish social media posts.

Prepare concept notes and draft proposals.

Recording Minutes of the meeting (of all the management meetings.

Creative and innovative campaign building.

Understanding of SEO; Organic and Inorganic search.

Understanding of social media.

Video and photo editing.

Basic understanding of the workings of a website.

**Skills Required**:
Creative writer & fast learner.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Highly energetic with a positive attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and preferably also in Google Docs/Drive etc.

Good knowledge of design software like Canva, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.

Fluency in Hindi and English.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
