**Job Overview**:
The Back Office US Process Executive is responsible for supporting the operational functions of the business by performing various administrative and clerical tasks related to the US processes. This role involves managing data entry, documentation, reporting, and other support activities that ensure smooth and efficient operations. The Back Office US Process Executive will work closely with other teams and departments to maintain accurate records, assist with customer queries, and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Documentation**:

- Accurately enter data into the system or database from various sources, such as invoices, forms, and other documents.
- Maintain and update records for US clients, processes, and operations.
- Ensure all data is entered correctly, with mínimal errors, in a timely manner.
- **Customer Support & Query Management**:

- Address customer queries and resolve issues related to back office operations, including order processing, account management, and documentation.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team or department for further assistance.
- **Order Processing & Tracking**:

- Assist in processing customer orders and ensure timely follow-up on any order-related queries or issues.
- Track orders from initiation to delivery and ensure proper documentation is maintained for each transaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, inventory, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- **Report Generation & Analysis**:

- Prepare and generate reports related to the US process, including sales, inventory, or financial data as required by management.
- Assist in data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure reports are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- **Compliance & Documentation Management**:

- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing files, contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
- Ensure that all information is correctly filed, both physically and digitally, for easy retrieval and reference.
- **Process Improvement & Efficiency**:

- Identify areas for improvement in back-office processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Continuously review processes to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
- **Team Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with other departments, including customer service, sales, and operations, to provide back-office support as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Support the team leader in achieving operational goals and maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.
- **General Administrative Tasks**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with office management duties, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma with relevant experience also considered.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in back office operations, data entry, or administrative roles, preferably in a US process.
- Familiarity with US-based business processes (e.g., order management, invoicing, customer service) is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of US business practices and customer service standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
