Back Office Team Leder

Supervise and lead a team of back office staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives - Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Manage and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects - Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of back office functions - Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirement - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in administrative software and tools (e.g., MS Office, database management) - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
