**Job Description: Mathematics Faculty (JEE Mains)**

**Position**: Mathematics Faculty
**Role**: JEE Mains Coaching
**Process**: Offline Test + Offline Faculty Demo

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach Mathematics for JEE Mains aspirants with conceptual clarity and exam-oriented approach.
- Design lesson plans, practice sheets, and test papers as per the JEE Mains syllabus.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions and doubt-solving discussions.
- Assess students’ performance through tests and provide feedback for improvement.
- Participate in offline test & demo process as part of the selection procedure.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 **years of teaching experience** in reputed institutes/coaching centers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.

**Selection Process**:

- **Step 1**: Offline Written Test
- **Step 2**: Offline Faculty Demo

**Job Type**: Full-time (On-site)

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
