**Full Job Description**

‘A for Analytics’ is looking to hire a **Data Scientist**. A for Analytics is the leading global system Integrator for the last several years in the global Market, offering Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and ZOHO services to customers. A for Analytics helps customers in Advisory, Solution Delivery, 24/7 Technical Support and Fully Managed Services.
- **Responsibilities for Data Scientist**_
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organisation to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Use predictive modelling to increase and optimise customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy.
- **Skills & Requirements**_
- Base in statistics, algorithms, machine learning and mathematics
- Strong Knowledge of tools - Bigquery, Elastic Search, Spark, Python or R, etc.
- Experience in working with large data sets and real-time reports.
- Should have an Analytic mindset to think through problems and design solutions.
- Interest and competence in data visualisation by helping the editorial team.
- They must know statistical programming language like R or Python or Julia or SAS, and a database querying language like SQL
- To know Data visualisation tools like Tableau, Grafana, d3.js.
- Data desk will sort through the data collected and analyse the trend, pattern, collaborate with the content, visual journalism
- To find out as in what, when and how to collect the data also how to report and instruct the same to the editorial team.

**Experience**: At least 3years

**Salary**: ₹10,00,000.00 - ₹15,00,000.00 per year
