**Responsibilities**:

- Manage overall website content within a WordPress like environment, including general site settings and module-specific configuration
- Update content regularly following prescribed editorial guidelines and SEO practices(SEO knowledge not required)
- Coordinate the timely publication of content with Content and SEO teams
- Aid site content editors in addressing content changes
- Periodically perform content updates requested by relevant teams
- Act as project manager for all web changes/improvements beyond simple content edits
- Assist technical team in support and offer solutions to fix publishing issues that arise
- Maintain a close relationship with the in-house content team, including regular meetings with primary content developers to discuss site performance, traffic patterns, potential functionality enhancements
- Work on ways to optimize the publication process ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Work as per the decided quarterly goals while handling ad-hoc requests to maintain quality
