Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Representative to join division. The

will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing:

- Promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other relevant

stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the company.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive product awareness and sales growth.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and

other key stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns regarding our

products.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, their benefits, and competitive products

in the market.
- Provide accurate information to customers and stakeholders about the products.

4. Territory Management:

- Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and

other trade factors.
- Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales and meet business objectives.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other documentation as required

by the company.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.

6. Training and Development:

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in selling OTC products
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
