**Position Title**:* Activity In-charge

**Location**:* SHANTI ASIATIC SCHOOL, Plot no.1, Suncity ,Grand Sikar Road.

**Reports To**:* Principal / Head of Department

**Job Summary**:*

The Activity In-charge is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all creative and cocurricular activities within the school. This role involves fostering a vibrant and engaging environment that enhances students' artistic, sports, cultural, and creative development in line with CBSE guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. *Activity Planning and Implementation:*
- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual plan for creative activities, including arts, music, drama, dance and sports.
- Coordinate with teachers and external experts to organize matches, workshops, competitions, and exhibitions.

2. *Curriculum Integration:*
- Collaborate with academic staff to integrate creative activities into the CBSE curriculum.
- Ensure that activities support and enhance the educational objectives and holistic development of students.

3. *Event Management:*
- Plan, organize, and manage school events such as annual day, cultural fests, talent shows, and special assemblies.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, materials, schedules, and participant arrangements.

4. *Student Engagement:*
- Encourage student participation in creative activities, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Identify and nurture students' talents, providing opportunities for them to showcase their skills.

5. *Resource Management:*
- Manage budgets allocated for creative activities, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Maintain an inventory of art supplies, musical instruments, costumes, and other necessary materials.

6. *Collaboration and Communication:*
- Liaise with parents, community members, and external organizations to enhance the school's creative programs.
- Communicate regularly with staff, students, and parents regarding upcoming activities and events.

7. *Professional Development:*
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in creative education.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for staff to improve their skills in facilitating creative activities.

8. *Evaluation and Feedback:*
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of creative activities and programs.
- Gather feedback from students, staff, and parents to continuously improve offerings.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical education,Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizing and managing creative activities in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and the community. - Passion for fostering creativity and holistic development in students.

**Preferred Skills**:*
- Experience in a CBSE school environment.
- Proficiency in various art forms such as sports, music, dance, drama, or visual arts.
- Ability to use technology and digital tools to enhance creative learning experiences.

**Working Conditions:**
- Full-time position based at SHANTI ASIATIC SCHOOL.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events and activities.
