Social Media Marketing Team

**SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING TEAM**:
a. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
b. Define most important social media KPIs
c. Manage and oversee social media content
d. Measure the success of every social media campaign
e. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
f. Attend educational conferences
g. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
h. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
i. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
j. Answer the queries on social Media Platforms.
k. Provide constructive feedback.
**Requirements and qualifications for the Post**:
a. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
b. Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
c. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
d. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
e. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
f. Good understanding of social media KPIs.
g. Familiarity with web design and publishing.
h. Excellent multitasking skills.
i. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
j. Must be a team player.
k. Good time-management skills
l. Great interpersonal and communication skills
m. BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
**Shift timings: 4:30 am to 1:30 pm**
**Experience required: 2 years**
**Language: English compulsory**
**Salary**: From ₹17,000.00 per month
