3) Creation of purchase indent

4) Barcode labeling

5) Stock transfer Note (location wise)

6) Making GRN Entry for all kind incoming material (Raw Material, Bought Outs, consumable item, metallizing Article & Labour Job Items etc.)

7) RM Reconciliation Report

8) Scrap & Rejection report

9) Courier incoming & outgoing Reports

10) Maintain Raw Material Reconciliation Report, Stock Report, Consumption Report

11) Creation of Labour Job-Receipts.

12) Analysis report of Incoming Material

13) Analysis report of GRN vs Shorting Note

14) Creation of Delivery Challan

15) Checking Vendor bills for material receipts and submitting the bills to accounts dept.

16) Updating “Pending GRN 2023-24” sheet on daily basis.

17) EOHS/ISO/GMP Documentation (Store Department)

18) verifying stock as per invoice and checking all the documents as per standard

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
