Our expertise includes e-commerce strategy, UX/UI design, Shopify development, and a variety of performance marketing services including SEO, paid search, and paid social.

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing paid search and social campaigns, and optimizing our clients' ecommerce performance. The specialist will work closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns for our clients to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimise results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
• Facebook advertising and implement new features and best practices as appropriate.
• Create and present reports on campaign performance and ROl to internal stakeholders.
• To improve performance, continuously test and optimise ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.

1-3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads
(D2C experience is non-negotiable).
• Proven track record of driving conversions & scaling e-com brands.
• Strong analytical skills - you live and breathe data.
• Passion for growth & staying on top of digital marketing trends.

1-2 Experience in Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
~ Proficiency in Performance Marketing related activities and strategies
~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
~ Experience in the luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors is a plus
