**Summary**:We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our paper manufacturing operations. You'll lead a team, ensure safety, maintain quality, and optimize production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise production team, ensure safety compliance.
- Plan schedules, monitor efficiency, and manage resources.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Train and develop staff, maintain records.
- Enforce quality control standards.
- Manage inventory and raw materials.
- Identify process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in paper manufacturing.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
- Proficiency in production software.
- Flexibility to work shifts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
