**Solution Architect (13 to 18years)**

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Design and execution of structured consulting engagements
- Innovative operating model’s strategies and blue priests
- Exploit prevailing trends in digital behaviours.
- Leverages digital technologies concepts - develop digital strategy, approaches, propositions and point of views.
- Alignment with prevailing trends and industry thinking e.g. working with special interest groups, publications of thought leadership artefacts on relevant and enterprise modelling related topics - facilitation of client workshop to capture to capture, user & customer journey, strategic requirement, and existing capabilities.
- High level architecture & value drivers
- Road map sequencing
- Support and provide guidance to BD/Sales team.
- Participate in pursuit and proposal development.
- Lead technology and consulting proposals.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering, architecture, or IT Consulting
- A strong history of technology leadership, with exposure in software architecture and enterprise design
- Experience in technology architecture, operating design, service design, customer strategy or enterprise architecture
- Practical Experience of using enterprise integration patterns
- Experience in providing technology advisory service to clients across multiple sectors.
- Knowledge of technology, human and corporate digital trends, and ability to articulate PoV and their impact.
- Confident, assertive, and effective communicator with strong influencing skills
- Proven experience in leading advisory and consulting assignments
- Should have experience working on enterprise solutions (not SAP/ERP but enterprise customer facing software products/platforms)
- Expertise with green field, legacy modernization, technology refactor Product/Platform implementations.
- Should bring in technology thought leadership.
- Leverage digital technologies concepts - develop digital strategy, approaches, propositions and point of views.
- Well versed with Modern Platform Architectures, design principles and design patterns Technology & Architecture.
- Solid Understanding of Enterprise Architecture models (distributed, SOA, microservices, cloud native, API first etc).
- Experience in API first design, Microservices architecture, and solutioning (service decomposition, Data and Distributed transaction management, service management, service reliability, security, deployment, Observability) including migration of Legacy systems.
- Proven hands-on expertise/experience on low latency, highly reliable solutions based on the streaming and event technologies, preferably Kafka/confluent Kafka, Flume.
- Solid understanding and solutioning knowledge on system performance, scalability, and high availability.
- Expertise at cloud native design and preferably hands-on knowledge on AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Board understanding of Modern AI/ML and GenAI.
