Sales Coordinator

Assist the IT sales team in tracking sales leads, preparing and delivering customer proposals, managing logistics, managing order processes, and providing follow-up support.
Familiarity with IT products, services, or solutions such as software, hardware, cloud Solutions, Networking, etc.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and technical documentation Basic understanding of IT products and services, such as software solutions, cloud services, IT infrastructure.
Proven ability to assist with IT sales cycles, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and contract management.
Strong written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with sales, technical teams.
Ability to understand technical sales data, assist in generating sales reports, and provide insights for the sales team.
Help the team with sales forecasting, developing sales reports, and analyzing performance metrics.
Collaborate with the technical and Sales teams to ensure accurate customer requirements are captured and reflected in proposals.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
