To maintain all related files and folders in updated conditions.
- To arrange railway/Air/Bus/Taxi reservations, Hotel Booking for office staff
- To attend all incoming and & outgoing calls & keep a note of incoming calls in absence of the concerned person and give those calls details to the person concerned, when available if it is on urgent basis.
- To do tracking of materials gone by courier and inform the respective customers. In case of delay in transit report to the Stores - In charge at Head Office.
- To keep a check if all office premises/ pantry /wash rooms etc are in good proper and healthy conditions.
- To ensure warm welcome of all visitors.
- To keep track of stationery and ensure that utilization of the same is done in a proper and orderly manner.
- To keep updated register/information of inwards & outwards mail and fax.
- To keep all the Intercoms, phones, computers, fax machine, Zerox machine, printer, Scanner, Air conditioners in working conditions
- To keep logbook of peons & proper utilization of their services, attendance with co-ordination of all departments and to maintain attendance register & to keep the Telephone Directory updated
- To provide stock statements on a weekly basis
- To maintain petty cash & handle purchase register systematically
- To Co-ordinate with doctors for payment follow-up and send a regular statement to the office every week.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
