**Description and Requirements**:
**Role Overview**
As a ServiceNow Industry Expert in the Digital Workplace Solutions group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and launching customer-centric ServiceNow offerings and assisting with industry deal solutioning. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to market.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Product Management**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee DWS ServiceNow offerings, including scope definition, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones.

**Stakeholder Coordination and Solutioning**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, to align project goals with business objectives.
- Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. This includes being the SME for industry deal solutioning.

**Budget and Resource Management**:

- Ensure cost control and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints.

**Performance Metrics and Reporting**:

- Establish KPIs to measure success and track progress against goals.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Own and drive business growth
