Job Title: Retail Sales Garment (males)

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and make tailored recommendations about products and services to consider.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about loyalty programs and special offers.
- Process sales transactions seamlessly and accurately using POS systems.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques, suggesting complementary products, and informing customers about current promotions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a professional and satisfactory resolution.
- Manage inventory, including restocking and organizing products on the sales floor.
- Maintain store cleanliness and order, while implementing visual merchandising guidelines.
- Follow store policies and procedures, including handling products, managing returns and exchanges, and reporting security issues.
- Adapt to various roles as needed and participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Required skills and experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a retail environment
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling various payment methods
- Iknowledge of garments, including features and benefits
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising

**Preferred skills and experience**
- Post-secondary education in retail management or a related field
- Advanced training or certification in retail operations, sales techniques, or customer service
- Participation in team-driven sales promotions and events, with a track record of contributing to successful outcomes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
