**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end campus placement and related activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with companies to identify internship and campus placement opportunities
- Provide guidance and counselling to students regarding career opportunities and networking strategies
- Organise and conduct training programmes for soft skills and other placement-related skills for the students
- Coordinate online / offline assessments for campus and off-campus placements
- Correspond with prospective companies for interview date and schedule of campus drives
- Impact stream-wise placements with targeted salary range.
- Coordinate with all the stakeholders to finalize job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth on boarding.
- Collect and maintain placement data (offer letter, feedback, mark sheets and other relevant documents) for data management and auditing body reports.
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance placement success rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and employer expectations in terms of skill requirements to align placement efforts accordingly.
- Collect recruiter feedback to make relevant changes in the placement process and training need analysis.

**Qualified Required**:

- Proven experience in career counselling, recruitment, or a related field, preferably in an educational industry.
- Strong understanding of career development strategies, recruitment practices, and job market trends.
- Communication and interpersonal skills essential for interacting effectively with students, employers and other stake holders.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle a wide range of tasks and prioritize them effectively.
- Familiarity with online job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.

**Experience**:10-15 years of corporate relevant experience.
