**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop nursing curricula aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and multimedia resources.

2. **Instructional Delivery**:

- Deliver lectures, lead discussions, and facilitate laboratory and clinical sessions.
- Employ innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

3. **Student Assessment**:

- Develop assessments, including quizzes, exams, and practical evaluations, to measure student competency.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and improvement.

4. **Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
- Provide academic advising and support to students regarding course selection, career pathways, and academic challenges.

5. **Clinical Supervision**:

- Supervise students during clinical placements, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards of practice.
- Facilitate debriefing sessions to reflect on clinical experiences and promote critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.

6. **Research and Scholarship**:

- Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and conference presentations, to contribute to nursing knowledge and evidence-based practice.
- Encourage students to participate in research projects and scholarly activities.

7. **Professional Development**:

- Stay abreast of current trends, advancements, and regulations in nursing education and practice.
- Participate in professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or higher in Nursing or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous experience in nursing education or clinical practice.
- Strong understanding of nursing theory, practice, and educational principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
