**REQUIREMENT OF A PERFORMANCE MARKETER IN SCHOOL**
**LOCATION - PUNJABI BAGH, WEST DELHI**

**JOB DESCRIPTION -**
- As a Performance Marketer in a Pre-School, your primary role is to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive enrollment and engagement for our pre-school programs.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our pre-school's visibility and reputation in the local community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote ina school programs.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, monitor social media accounts, and engage with the online community.
- Analyze performance metrics and use data insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve the school's online visibility and search engine rankings.
- Stay informed about child education trends and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for content creation and social media engagement.
- SEO knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
