**Position**: Field Sales Executive (B2B)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales plans to meet business targets and objectives.
- Identify potential clients through strategic market research, networking, and client referrals.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients, showcasing the value they bring to their business.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and ongoing engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to uncover new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to the management team.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to expand brand presence.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
- **Communication**: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- **Self-motivated**: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- **Negotiation skills**: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.

**Additional Requirements**:

- High level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Passion for sales and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
