Set up and start up injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plastics or manufacturing is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in injection molding operations (machine operation or processing).
- Strong understanding of thermoplastics and injection molding processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, part drawings, and use measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with various mold types (e.g., hot runner, cold runner).
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality systems such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with troubleshooting molding defects (flash, short shots, burn marks, etc.).
- Understanding of decoupled molding techniques and scientific molding.
- Forklift or crane operation certification (for mold changes).
- Experience with process documentation software or ERP systems.

**Environmental & ESG Considerations (Optional Section)**:

- Awareness of eco-friendly materials and low-carbon molding practices.
- Familiarity with sustainable production methods, including energy-efficient machinery and low-pressure molding alternatives.
- Perform mold changes and machine adjustments according to production requirements.
- Monitor molding parameters and adjust as needed to ensure consistent quality.
- Troubleshoot machine, mold, and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct first-piece inspections and periodic in-process quality checks.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve non-conformance issues.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and tools.
- Record and maintain accurate production and process documentation.
- Comply with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
