The Plastic Injection Molding Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires technical knowledge of injection molding processes, machine settings, and quality standards, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and precision.
- **EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 2 -3years of experience operating plastic injection molding machines.
- **SKILLS**:

- Knowledge of mold setup, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Set up molds, adjust machine parameters, and ensure the production process meets quality and efficiency standards.
- Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Load raw materials (e.g., plastic resin) into hoppers and ensure consistent feeding during production.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in the molding process, such as flash, short shots, or sink marks.
- Conduct routine maintenance of machines, including cleaning and lubrication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
