We are looking for an enthusiastic **Tele Sales Executive (UK Voice Process)** to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

**Responsibilities For Tele Sales Executive**
- Following up with the customers.
- Answering prospective customers calls as and when required.
- Explain the product or service to potential customers
- Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software.
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
- Preparing the sales reports for future reference.
- Create a customer database with all the required information.
- Research, track, maintain and update leads.
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business.
- B2B Lead generation.

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the Tele calling field preferably handling UK Clients.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven record of successful completion of sales quota.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
