Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they maximize value from OpenIntervue’s solutions. This role involves onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and proactively addressing customer needs to drive retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Provide product training and support to help customers leverage OpenIntervue effectively.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and drive adoption.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing (preferably in B2B SaaS).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
