Ensure patient information and records are maintained with strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and hospital policies. Verify accuracy of patient details such as names, medical record numbers, and diagnoses. Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to clarify discrepancies or unclear dictations. Maintain turnaround time requirements for transcription tasks. Keep updated with medical terminology, treatments, procedures, and drug names. Assist in maintaining and organizing medical records for smooth hospital
