Job Summary

This position is responsible for the functional and integration aspects of an integrated solution for FSCD. Senior Functional Consultant will be responsible to create blueprint document, functional specifications,assist in writing test plans, test scripts, coordinate defect resolution, functional, integration and UAT testing in the assigned area. The Senior Functional Consultant will work closely with ERP Technical Architects and Business SMEs to ensure the business requirements are correctly mapped to functional specs, various integrations followed the appropriate technology and properly implemented.

Duties Gather requirement through interviews, workshops, business processes, use case scenarios, task and workflow analysis.Identify all the systems, processes and users that are impacted by the system or business solutions.

Communicate and collaborate with business at all levels to understand and analyze information needs and deliver documents such as business case analysis, process work flow diagrams, functional and business specifications.

Drive, challenge and collaborate with business groups to adopt ERP standard processes to reduce customizations and reduce cost in future upgrade.Responsible to ensure the BSD and TSD meet the business requirements.

Design of functional and technical concepts in financial subledger accounting Create business process procedures for business areas that are impacted by FSCD & Biller Direct for Premium Billing.

Control and Manage development and configuration environments to ensure the integrity of changes moved to productions.Provide clear and timely communication with both IT Management and Business Stakeholders on project deliverables.

Coordinate development and deployment of new processes and system configuration to meet business needs.

Develop training materials and assist with business training.

Coordinate with different vendors,IT teams to facilitate integration/end to end testing and review results with business.

Education

Bachelors Degree

Experience Required Senior SAP FSCD Functional Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of implementation experience

Experience of at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations in Insurance industry is considered.

Demonstrate experience in process implementation and optimization in the areas of Billing and Disbursement using FSCD

Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, writing detail functional specifications.
