Job Title: SAP VIM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented SAP VIM Consultant with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, SAP ERP/S/4HANA integration, and VIM configurations. This is a Pan India role with flexible working options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support OpenText VIM integrated with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Understand and analyze business requirements related to invoice processing and translate them into functional specifications.
• Set up VIM workflows, approval hierarchies, exception handling, and roles.
• Collaborate with the finance, procurement, and IT teams for smooth project execution.
• Work with ArchiveLink, ICC/ICR, and OCR solutions for invoice capture and data extraction.
• Handle incident management, performance tuning, and end-user training.
• Ensure compliance with financial and document management policies.
• Support UAT and go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills:

• 4–8 years of experience in SAP VIM (OpenText) implementation or support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable processes and their integration with MM and FI.
• Hands-on experience in configuring VIM scenarios and exception handling.
• Familiarity with OCR tools and invoice capture technologies (e.g., OpenText ICC/ICR or VIM Capture Center).
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to VIM (preferred).
• Strong understanding of document archiving using Archive Link.
