Job Responsibilities**:As an IT Sales support Associate, You will be responsible for handling inbound calls regarding Routers,Printers, Mac OS & windows to our USA & Canadian customers.**
**Requirements**:
** Prior IT sales experience with excellent communication & Enthusiasm for customer service over International calls only**
** Must know to troubleshoot & do sales about Routers, Printers, Mac OS, Internet issues, windows**
** Hands on tools like anydesk, Teamviewer etc**
Fixed Night Shift 9pm-6am includes 1 hour break
Only Work from office
Sat & Sun off (OT available)
Fixed Salary plus lucrative incentives
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
