**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers with personalized solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, exceeding predefined targets.
- Cultivate lasting relationships through consistent communication.
- Understand customer needs, stay informed about industry trends, and analyze competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for effective sales campaigns.
- Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients.
- Stay well-informed about product features and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A positive and resilient attitude with a customer-centric approach.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
