Experience : At least 3+
ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Platform Management: Online Listing, Inventory management, Order Processing, Payment ReconciliationCustomer Relation Management (CRM): Customer Services, Feedback and Improvement.Data Analysis and Reporting: Sales Report, Trend Analysis, Competitor Monitoring.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: IT and Web Development, Logistic and Supply chain.Product Knowledge and Training: Product Familiarizing, Ongoing Learning.Customer Experience Enhancement: Return management, Personalization.Technical skills Development: E-commerce Tools, Analytical Tools. Requirements and skillsProven experience as Online Sales Executive or similar role.Excellent understanding of Online Selling concepts and best practicesPerfect knowledge of web analytics tools.Skills and experience in Online Selling and marketing.Analytical mind-set and critical thinking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Package:
Fixed Salary
- between 18K to 20K (Depends on Experience)
