We are looking for a passionate and dynamic **Sales Representative** to join our team and drive student enrollment.

Role Overview:
North Digital Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with IELTS. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving enrollments for our digital marketing courses while leveraging your knowledge of IELTS to assist prospects with additional services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct presentations and seminars at colleges, schools, and other educational institutions to showcase the benefits of North Digital Academy's digital marketing courses.
- Engage with students and educators to understand their career aspirations and highlight how our training programs can align with their goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, counselors, and other stakeholders to facilitate student referrals.
- Provide accurate information about our courses, curriculum, certification, and career prospects.
- Effectively use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track leads, appointments, and interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and materials that resonate with students.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Keep abreast of industry trends and stay updated on North Digital Academy's offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in a sales development or business development role.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales-related KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driving license and access to own conveyance.
- University Degree (preferably in sales, marketing, advertising, or business).
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to deliver persuasive yet engaging presentations.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and deadline-driven.
- Self-reliant and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- Understanding of digital marketing processes and complexities is a plus.
