**Institutional Sales -**
- “The primary responsibility is SALE Through Interior Contractor, Project, Institutional/EPC Sales.-
**Key Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Ø Identify the products demand through Relation with Architect, get approvals from them and Covert Prospects into sale throughcorporate interior Contractor.- Ø Proper Presentation of product in front of architect / Consultants / EPC contractor.- Ø Identifies the upcoming & ongoing Infra project details of their region like POWER Plant, OIL & GAS, Data center and cultivates the relation with their consultants.- Ø Working on Product specification with Leading Infra Project consultants like EIL, PDIL, TOYO, TECHNIP etc. - Ø Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities in their region.- Ø Generates the New Leads& do the meetings and closes sales to institutional/ Architect / consultant’s /EPC companies.- Ø Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.- Ø Develops and maintains relationships with sub-Contractor.- Ø Acts as a Company Representative of the region.- Ø Managing the Site with site supervisor for smooth installation of product.- Ø Works closely with Appleton team members to further develop sales opportunities. Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Ø Minimum 3-5+years of professional working experience.- Ø Relevant experience in project Management or building material sales/ marketing is preferred.- Ø Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.- Ø Must have excellent sales skills and in-depth product and broad knowledge of projects.**Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required**:

- Ø Strong communication and presentation skills- Ø Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization- Ø Demonstrated ability to close business- Ø General understanding of the institutional/ Infra Project sales& marketing- Ø Minimum Qualification
