**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of interior construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret architectural drawings and specifications for site implementation.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors and on-site crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with designers, project managers, and clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, punch lists, and change orders.
- Identify and implement solutions to on-site challenges and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on the job site.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years** of experience in interior construction site supervision.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors and crews.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in construction documents, including blueprints and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (may be required).

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
