Dialing and convincing prospects/donors to donate, to rehash donations through campaigns.
- Meeting Input Output targets on a daily basis
- Maintaining call quality parameters set for the process
- Maintaining standards, implementing processes to increase the engagement and count of donors under “Donor Management Program”
- Accurately maintaining donor information as per the format and guidelines
- Updating/sharing adequate campaign information with the prospects/donors
- Regular reporting & sharing of reports to the Team Leader/Management
- To meet outbound call targets on the given data.
- Updating follow-ups and other input data in the local or CRM tracker
- Mandated to clock minimum Dial time thru CRM / non-CRM tools on a daily basis
- To work on donor acquisition and retention as per the target given by the Team Leader/Management
- To work as a team player
- To attend Skill Builder sessions on a daily basis
- To be professional, to follow ethical aspect of fundraising at all times & to abide by “Quality information delivery while pitching the projects/program to prospects and donors” during the campaign/outreach activity
- To ensure no harm is done to brand “Kokan Kala Va Shikshan Vikas Sanstha” while executing the campaign/outreach activity
- To be aware that “the concept of Donation” is always associated to the “Principles of utmost good faith, transparency in information giving & is always an act of noble deed”

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
