**REQUIREMENTS**
- Manage customer/carrier relationships.
- Establish customer business and oversee account management processes.
- Upsell and retain customers.
- Self-motivated and customer service-oriented
- Build relationships with owner-operators to further service business as needed.
- Negotiate rates.
- Source carriers.
- Generate sales leads.
- Track load status.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Freight agent experience is preferred.
- 1-2+ years of prior experience in a Voice Process sales-related role.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
