As a Sales and Marketing Executive at M/s Glowing Spring Waves, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for promoting and driving sales for our premium natural mineral water brand, Thamsar.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and target potential clients, distributors, and retailers to expand the distribution network.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Thamsar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
**Marketing**:
- **Brand Promotion**:
- Execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote Thamsar in the target market.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
- **Digital Marketing**:
- Utilize digital platforms to create and implement online marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.
- **Market Research**:
- Gather and analyze market data to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights.
- **Content Creation**:
- Assist in creating engaging and informative content for marketing materials, websites, and social media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
**Reporting**:
- **Sales and Marketing Reports**:
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, presenting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹12,977.68 - ₹30,000.00 per month
