**Job Title**: Marketing Executive - Fire & Safety

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Location**: On-site / In-person
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month _(based on experience and performance)_

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s fire and safety solutions.
- Identify target markets and analyze current trends to position products effectively.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support customer acquisition.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to represent the company.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, competitor activities, and customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **1 years of experience** in a marketing role.
- Experience in the **Fire & Safety industry** is highly preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity in campaign planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools/software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,176.03 per month
