- **Staff Supervision**:Managing and motivating store staff, providing training and guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- **Quality Control**:Ensuring that fabrics meet quality standards, inspecting for defects upon delivery, and addressing any quality issues.
- **Financial Management**:Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and contributing to the profitability of the store.
- **Communication**:Maintaining effective communication within the store and with other departments, as well as with suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Experience**:Previous experience in a retail or store management role, with a preference for experience in the têxtile or garment industry.
- **Knowledge**:Understanding of fabric types, quality standards, and inventory management practices.
- **Skills**:Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- **Education**:A bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., têxtile engineering, fabric technology) may be required.
