
Tele Calling Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to electrical parts inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate information about product specifications, availability, pricing, and compatibility.
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct electrical parts for their needs.
- **Sales Support**:
- Promote and recommend suitable electrical parts to customers based on their requirements.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional parts or accessories to increase sales and meet targets.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and increasing sales revenue.
- **Order Management**:
- Take orders from customers, ensuring accurate entry of product details, quantities, and customer information.
- Follow up on existing orders to confirm order status, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including confirming payment and coordinating with the warehouse for delivery.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products, industry trends, and advancements in electrical parts.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the company's electrical parts catalog to effectively assist customers.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Generate leads through customer calls and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain a database of potential leads, customer interactions, and sales follow-ups for reporting and analysis.
- **Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer inquiries, and other key metrics to management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduation or equivalent. A background in electrical engineering or technical knowledge of electrical parts is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in the electrical or technical industry) is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of electrical parts, components, and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Professional and courteous with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
