**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales Executive**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months in real estate sales or telecalling
**Qualification**: Graduate / MBA (Freshers can apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Coordinate with the sales and back-office team for documentation and support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of the real estate market (training will be provided)
- Ability to handle client objections and negotiations
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (optional but preferred)

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in **real estate sales**, telecalling, or field sales
- **MBA Freshers** with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PGDM
