*It's a full time work from office profile.

*Working days : 6

*Working Hours : 9

*Shift timing between 7 am to 11 pm

As per Roster:
7 am to 4 pm

10 am to 7 pm

3 pm to 11 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online consultations via mobile, tablet, or laptop with adherence to scheduled appointments.
- Evaluate medical reports, diagnostics, and patient histories to provide appropriate medical advice.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during video calls with patients.
- Stay updated with the latest medical guidelines, clinical practices, and advancements.
- Participate in regular assessments and continuing medical education to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Possess and maintain updated registration certificates and necessary licenses.
- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and other regional languages as required by clients.
- Explain medical conditions, treatments, and procedures clearly and effectively in the chosen languages.

**Requirements** :*
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical board.
- Proven experience in clinical practice, preferably in telemedicine or online consultations.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for conducting remote consultations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Strong commitment to patient care and ethical medical practice.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize patient appointments.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding remote consultations and patient interactions.

*Preferred Qualifications :*
- MBBS, with valid state medical council registration.
- FMG's with pass certificate and valid state medical registration.
- Experience in using telemedicine software or platforms.
- Previous experience in handling diverse patient demographics and medical conditions.
